Our Health and Safety Policy
Cyrrus is a consultancy that provides services, mainly to the aviation and construction industries, which are innovative and professional and deliver cost effective and safe solutions.
The Cyrrus Directors are committed to taking all:
- Reasonable steps to ensure the health and safety at work of all employees;
- Necessary steps to implement such a policy.
Employees have a duty to co-operate with the Company to ensure that this policy is effective and to offer all necessary assistance to maintain the health and safety at work of all employees. The Company also has a responsibility to assure the health and safety of others who may be affected by its work activities and ensure that reasonable steps are taken by all concerned to ensure that this duty is observed.
The attention of all employees is drawn to the Company Health and Safety rules and procedures which must be observed at all times. Disciplinary action will be taken against any employee who violates these rules and procedures.
The Cyrrus Directors shall:
Consult with the employees periodically to ascertain what measures should be taken to increase awareness of the Company Health and Safety Policy;
Ensure that all necessary measures are taken to make this Policy effective; • Take such measures as may be necessary to ensure proper training, supervision, instruction and notification for all employees in matters pertaining to their health and safety;
This Policy will be communicated to all employees and organisations working for or on our behalf.
Employees and other organisations are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this Policy, whilst ensuring that their own work, so far as is reasonably practicable, is carried out without risk to themselves, others or the environment.
This Policy will be reviewed annually by the Directors and where deemed necessary will be amended and reissued.
