Cyrrus, in conjunction with Airside Training and Safety (ATAS), is launching a ‘Basic Airside Operations Course’ to meet an identified need. The inaugural course will be held at Cyrrus’ Thirsk office in North Yorkshire between 23 and 27 September 2019. The Course Programme covers a broad range of subjects from Control of Vehicles and Apron Safety to Human Factors and Safety Management Systems, from Aerodrome Safeguarding to Wildlife Hazard Management. Aimed at Airside Operations Staff, Safety Managers, Supervisors, and other airside operational staff, who already have experience in the airside environment, this five-day course offers a fantastic opportunity to gain a greater insight into airside operations through group discussion and table-top exercises.
