Congratulations Luke on the completion of the PANS-OPS Basic Flight Procedure Design training.

Luke started his career with Cyrrus in 2023 as a Technical Assistant. Having learnt about Cyrrus and the aviation support services that are delivered, Luke showed an interest in Instrument Flight Procedures and in late 2025 moved into the role of: Trainee Instrument Flight Procedure (IFP) Designer.

Since joining the IFP team Luke has successfully completed his PANS-OPS Basic Flight Procedure Design training in Switzerland.
