Most airports employ sufficient staff to run an effective day-to-day operation but are understandably stretched to manage the implementation of a medium/major project or engage in long-term strategy planning.  The everyday trials and tribulations of airport operations rapidly consume even the most effective managers’ time and effort.  Working alongside local management teams, Cyrrus can take away the stress and undertake the project management of such ventures or provide a full turnkey solution for all airport air navigation equipment requirements.

Our team, comprising Cyrrus and its partnership companies, covers all of the operational processes at an airport.  These operational processes start at the concept stage and continue through the planning, design, construction, evaluation and subsequent operational use. 

The ultimate success of any airport project, whether it is a ‘Greenfield development’ or an expansion to existing facilities, will be determined by making the right operational decisions during the critical planning stages of the airport and then ensuring that these are ultimately fulfilled.

Our partnership members scale project reporting for customers to provide the level of assurance and monitoring needed for transparency and ease of understanding by their senior management team. This includes, where appropriate full Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and delivery of associated metrics.
